All selcted bidders  are hereby requested to collect your  Acceptance Letter against supply of equipments for the deptt. of Neurosurgery, JMCH, Jorhat from the O/o. undersigned and submit the same within 7 (seven) days from the date of issue of this letter to O/o undersigned for issue the formal supply order.
