• No refund of transaction amount will be entertained for missed OPD appointments from patients’ end.

• In case of multiple payments for a single appointment occurring due to internet/ payment gateway issues, the amount will be refunded online to patient’s bank account  within 10 – 14 working days after verification by concerned JMCH authority and subject to provision of the bank account and other relevant details by the beneficiary via email to Jorhat Medical College (Email ID: This email address is being protected from spambots. • Patient privacy will be strictly maintained in the JMCH ORS portal
